Q. How are your shirts sized?
A. Our designs are printed on American Apparel tees and hoodies. Like most brands, shirt sizes vary from one to the other, so we have added a few charts that show the exact dimensions of each cut of shirt. Check out the size charts for that. Otherwise you can check out americanapparel.net for more information.
A. We both do! All of our shirts are designed in our studio in Seattle, WA. Every once in a while our pup, Leo contributes. But it's never enough to help pay the rent!
As of April 1, 2009 all of our shirts are printed by us! We opened Choke Print Shop and are now able to print custom orders, as well as our own designs! You can check out our Print Shop website by clicking on "print shop".

Q. Where are you located? Do you have any retail outlets?
A. We are located in beautiful (and rainy) Seattle, WA, USA. At this time we do not have any retail stores. We sell our products online as well as at local markets and special events. Check out the "where to get choke" page to see what retailers wer are
Q. Are your shirts preshrunk?
A. No. And they are 100% cotton, so take that into account while shopping.
A. At this time, we are now accepting custom orders. Email us at printshop@chokeshirtco.com. If you would like to suggest a particular design on a certain color we will take that into consideration when we print the next batch. Your feedback is important to us! Q. I own a small retail clothing store. Can I buy your shirts wholesale?
A. HECK YES! Please contact printshop@chokeshirtco.com for more information about wholesale purchasing.
Q. I see a spot for promotional codes. How do I get one?
A. Promotional codes are given out at special events and in advertising. (However, we can be easily bribed to give you one.) Everyone once in a while we will have promotional codes available on the site.
Q. How and when are orders processed?
A. Orders online are processed within 2-3 days after payment and shipped via United States Postal Service from Seattle, WA, USA.
Q. Can I ship to a different address than my billing adress?
A. YES! Just add the different address in the spot provided on the shipping page.
Q. Can I avoid shipping since I live in or I'm visiting the Seattle Area?
A. SURE CAN! Come visit us at one of our events listed on the Where to Get Choke'd page. If you are one of our lovely friends or family members and want to use a credit or debit card online and have us hand deliver them, you can select that option on the shipping page (must live in Seattle).
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We do ship to our neighbors to the North. Other than not, international shipping is not available at this time. (Neighbors to the North = Canada, FYI).
Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. At anytime during the ordering pages you can cancel your order with no payment. If you want to cancel your order after it's been paid for, please let us know within 24 hours by emailing customer service at printshop@chokeshirtco.com.
Q. How are payments processed?
A. Payments are processed through our 3rd party verifier, PayPal. You can chose to have your card processed through our website or through paypal. The options are on the check out page.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Paypal transfers.
Q. Do I need a PayPal account to buy from ChokeShirtCo.com?
A. No! You will be taken to the PayPal site automatically, BUT YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP OR USE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER. Just click the link above the credit card logos to use your debit or credit card.
A. Not at this time. But you can have an order shipped to a different address as a gift.
Q. How can I return or exchange the product that I purchased?
A. All returns or exchanges must to be initiated within 7 business days. Unwashed and unworn items only. Contact customer service at printshop@chokeshirtco.com.
